Title: Constructing an AI-Enhanced Healthcare Chatbot for Patient Triage

Abstract: How to use Generative AI to build a ChatBot for healthcare triage (a model that can be used for other purposes as well. We will learn in an easy model driven manner how to build out a project for a variety of ChatBots and business purposes. AI Agents may also be discussed as time permits.

Industry: Healthcare

Problem: Patients often face long wait times to get preliminary advice for non-critical medical conditions. Many conditions could be triaged virtually, saving time and resources for healthcare providers and patients.

Impact:

Reduces unnecessary hospital visits by offering instant guidance.

Frees up medical staff to focus on critical cases.

Enhances patient satisfaction and accessibility.   Solution Overview:

A chatbot powered by a fine-tuned LLM for healthcare triage.

The chatbot interacts with patients, collects symptoms, and provides initial guidance or recommends seeing a healthcare provider.
