The focus will be customer stories implementing Salesforce CRM systems which can streamline your business process in managing customers' needs. We'll discover the challenges and benefits derived from CRM systems and how different customer have used Salesforce and its AI to enhance customer experience? We'll discuss Genie AI and Data Cloud- originally co-pilot like - but now adds data cloud to its services. We'll discuss what Einstein for Flow did for their new generative AI - leveraging large language models (LLMs) to power process automation across various Salesforce products. Speaker's Bio: Dr. Rimon Mickhael, Managing Partner, KemiSoft Rimon, with 23+ years of experience, is the Managing Partner and Principal Salesforce Architect at Kemisoft Group Ltd. Specializing in digital transformations and Salesforce architecture, he holds multiple certifications and a PhD in Computing Science. Rimon collaborates with executives, developing digital architecture strategies aligned with business goals. As a dynamic leader, he emphasizes communication, maximizes team synergies, and contributes to computing science research with a patent on XML document matching methods.
